24 hours later, we're fine. Can confirm the sandwiches were 100% legit.

Here's the requested pic.

Mind you these are the ones we took home. The entire platter when we found it was wrapped up in cellophane still.

I can leave the house in like 5-10 minutes after waking up but I eat breakfast in the morning so that adds on about 10 min. So usually takes me around 20 min to get out the door from the moment I wake up.

I grab a bucket of water and soak its clothes, cuz I fucking lose my shit when I have wet clothes on.

I engage it in hand to hand combat because even if they're evil, we'll still both agree that's the coolest way to settle it.
I try to aim for the back cuz my back is a really sensitive place for me, pretty literally a weak point.

I also go on the defensive and try to counterattack since I know an angrier evil version of myself would wear itself really quickly. Is use that to my advantage and wait till the best moment to strike a decisive blow.

I think using those tactics I can win.

Yeah, and additionally like I said this was at a tennis court. The only other trash in there was like water bottles and tennis ball containers.

Why did they throw all that away, shameful!!!

My theory, and the reason why I felt okay eating them, is the following:

Like I said they both looked preppy and well to do, probably white collar jobs. Lots of offices bring food in on Fridays for workers to boost morale.
If I had to guess, one of them probably got stuck with the platter of sandwiches that was barely touched, and they didn't object.

However, later on, while playing tennis, and right before dinner, the two of them probably had a conversation along the lines of this:

"Haha, what are we gonna do with all these sandwiches?"
"Idk, I don't really want them."
"Well if you're not gonna eat them I guess let's get rid of them?"
"Lol you mean right now?"
"I mean there's a garbage right there... Yeah just throw them away."
"Lol okay."

They then proceeded to drive off, and go pay money for expensive yuppie food like Paleo burgers or something.

So the two of us were playing tennis, and there was some other preppy couple our age on the court. They started leaving, and got into their Prius, but then before pulling away, the dude got back out of the car with a big platter of some sort, and threw it into the trash bin.
Curiosity got the best of us, so we went and opened the garbage bin, there was a fully intact party platter of hero sandwich slices. American/Italian cold cuts and chicken cutlet mozzarella! Clean and wrapped in cellophane and everything! They looked like they hadn't been touched at all. We smelled them and took a couple test bites to make sure they were still good, and they tasted fine, so we grabbed as many as we could and took them home with us.

We both had a slice earlier today. I guess I'll report back tomorrow and let you know if we got food poisoning?

Over the past year, around $4,000. With our savings rate, we should have more than enough in our wedding account for everything to be paid in full come next September.

city I used to live near had a problem actually with people who where well off panhandling. even had so you had to have a licences to panhandle (which cost money to obtain) which made it so these well off panhandlers could call the cops on and run off the truly homeless ones.

one I know of would play bum all day long but once night hit, he'd go into a building and come back out in a tuxedo.

some woman didn't even try hiding it. but she wasn't playing like she needed the money she was lying and saying she was taking donations for a church. would run the homeless away from where she was trying to ask for money and when done would get in her really high dollar car and drive off.

That's fucked up. I see chicks like that around here too on the corners of major roads. They're all done up with makeup and have a Starbucks drink with them, but a sign saying "Hungry, need to feed my kids, anything will help."

You're preaching to the choir lol. We're keeping our budget down around $7,000, which is absolutely unheard of around here.
For contrast, my brother in law got married two years ago and in him and his wife's work they "had a small wedding". Their total was around $25,000 lol.

Actually one of the reasons we've had a long engagement (over two years) is cuz we're taking the extra time to save money so we can pay everything upfront. Some of our friends got married earlier this year, and they said besides the limo and dresses, they charged everything to credit cards lololol.

Specifically on the Switch board. Because Nintendo is too lazy to find ways to prevent people from abusing cloud saves, so games like Splatoon 2 won't have the feature. Never mind the fact that people have been asking for the feature for over a year now, or that it's an industry standard to be able to backup your data, OR that they're locking said feature behind a fucking paywall lol.

So God says he's gonna take an indefinite vacation and hands you a button which will make every person on Earth immortal. However, the big catch is that if you push it, no one can have children anymore.

-Rules-
1. Every living human is naturally immortal and will stop aging. Children under the age of 18 will keep aging until they hit 18 and that's it.
2. People can become sick, but they will always eventually recover, even if they contract something like AIDS or cancer.
3. Anyone currently sick with a terminal illness will soon recover from whatever illness they have.
4. Human birth cannot take place anymore. People can have as much sex as they want, but conception will never occur. People are still free to adopt children.
5. The only way to die is for someone to take their own life, which they can accomplish by wishing hard to die 5 times in 1 minute.

Do you push it?

This is pretty much how I see it.

Back in the Melee and Brawl days, there was no real official recognition of them, so it felt like a chintzy copout. Smash 4 at least pushed them to the end of the character roster to sorta separate them but it still was a little irritating.

Specifically showing them off as their own little class helps make it feel less like the devs are trying to pull a fast one on us.

I watched that show religiously for like 8 years, then in the past few years it got shitted up by Cartoon Network's scheduling bullshit. Like, they'd go 8 months without playing it period, then marathon like 12 new episodes in one week.

The series finale is on tonight, and I have no fucking clue what's going on in the show lol.
