What martial arts are you training in? Are they real martial arts? Or are you practicing some bullshit haole boy karate or kung fu or something like that?

I did MMA shows about 7 years ago, specialized in muaythai and K1.

I still do it for fun and to stay in shape now but don't actually compete since Im not 20 anymore lol.

The random eps in between Goku Black being defeated, and the start of the multiverse tournament.

Especially the little sideplot with Goku and Krillin going to the cave of terror or whatever and fighting their memories of past villains. That group of episodes felt like DBZ in its prime. I wish they'd done more, like something where Vegeta and Yamcha get into some scrambles and have to team up, something with Buu not being useless maybe, etc...

Yeah yeah I know, filler bullshit, blah blah blah. I liked them.

TBH if they just made an entire show out of those, as a light-hearted, slice of life kinda thing, I would be ALL over that. Dragon Ball has this huge cast of characters now which are a lot of fun even when they're not fighting a world-destroying alien. They should take advantage of that.

Most of the people who create the modern standards were not even born when the original games were released and they dont understand how big it was. These new school kids are the ones who are ruining the image of the franchise.

Real talk, I used to work in a fire department. A few of the dudes working there legitimately would throw a plain chicken breast into a frying pan with just a little salt on it, and then just eat that or put it on a sandwich.

Part 1 is easily the weakest in the series.

Nah, part 3 with it's pacing takes that cake. At least Part 1 doesn't overstay its welcome.

Part 4 could have easily been condensed into 26 episodes.

Agreed, but it was still shorter than 3 and felt a lot shorter because the majority of episodes had something to do with the overarching plot. Whereas Part 3's monster of the week format felt a lot more like needless padding.

Yeah but the monster of the week thing was executed really well since they managed to make them all pretty unique.

Like, I wasnt crazy about Stardust Crusaders until about 7 episodes in when I realized the entire gimmick of the show is them coming up with a creative new tactic to overcome the next ridiculously overpowered enemy.

Plus it still had the whole big traveling adventure theme going for it, which was a lot of fun.

Yes. There's a lot of older Asian men who go to these outdoor nude and topless events as photographers and are shoving everyone over to get footage, but they do upload the videos on Youtube pretty rapidly. Yeah and the point that me and Sariana and others are making is that most people work all summer long, and we still somehow manage to enjoy summer. Just because kids go back to school or you have to start working again suddenly doesn't mean you can't go to the beach or eat watermelon anymore lol.

Sorry if I'm being a dick, it's just a huge pet peeve of mine lol. Summer is my favorite season, and I can't stand when family/friends who are teachers whine and complain at the end of August about NOOO SUMMER IS OVER NOW, HOW AWFUL when I'm still trying to enjoy the last couple of weeks of my favorite time of year.
