If they were there first, it's their turn. Granted, I'm having some trouble wrapping my head around how they can get there first, not come to a complete stop, and yet you can still go ahead of them even after making a complete stop yourself. That's gotta require some very aggressive acceleration in a deliberate effort to cut them off, which is just awful, idiotic driving.

Drive in Calgary for literally five minutes and you'll understand where the impatience comes from.

The impatience comes from having inadequate anger management skills. Period. If your anger management skills are so inadequate that you start deliberately doing dangerous things on the road, you shouldn't be driving any more than they should. Calm down before you hurt somebody.

And everyone speeds or has broken the speed limit. That's figuratively the worst argument someone could quote.

If you're going to try to claim some sort of moral high ground because you're following the rules and they aren't, you need to be following all of the rules, not picking and choosing your favourite ones. Otherwise, you lose the ability to claim that following the rules has any inherent value, and your entire position falls apart. If you aren't yourself driving perfectly in accordance with the law (and let's be honest, nobody anywhere is), criticize them for driving dangerously, not illegally (and then don't drive dangerously yourself).

That's still not answering the question. Yes, more efficient city planning would be nice (albeit impossibly expensive), given the hideous inefficiency of the personal car as a regular mode of transportation. That's not, however, an answer to the question of whether or not the entire consumer automobile industry should be eliminated because people don't strictly need cars (an analogous suggestion to the one you made about the exercise industry).

If you don't like the car question, you may also consider one of the following analogies to address:
-The entire restaurant industry is a waste and should not exist. People can just eat at home.
-The entire entertainment industry is a waste and should not exist. People can just play catch with rocks.

Yeah, that opinion's dumb. Gyms have plenty of reason to exist, and as long as they aren't getting their rent, equipment repairs, and trainer services for free, there's going to be a need to charge for that existence.

It'd be easy enough to estimate how lethal it'd be. Sodium Chloride's LD50 is readily available knowledge, as is the sodium content of a serving of soya sauce (NaCl is about 40% Sodium by mass) and the volume of a bottle.

The LD50 on Sodium Chloride is 3000mg/kg and there are approximately 36,800 mg of sodium in a 20oz bottle of soy sauce.

So let us math:

3000 mg/kg NaCl is roughly 1200 mg of sodium
36,800/1200=30.7kg, or 67.5 lb

So that's enough sodium to kill a preteen reasonably reliably. A full-sized adult (for which a normal, healthy weight is typically in the range of 50-80 kg) should be okay, but it's risky territory, as the lady in that article found out the hard way. That's also not to say that such a rapid influx of sodium won't create other, potentially-lethal health problems.

It is indeed, given that it's the primary platform for PC gaming. Console digital stores are in addition to their retail sales, rather than replacing them entirely, and in many cases you don't save much of anything going with digital on those stores (especially Nintendo's). When I buy digital games for their systems, it's generally either because they aren't available otherwise (e.g. indie games, VC) or because it's something I expect to impulsively boot up some time and therefore want to guarantee will be with the system even if I don't deliberately bring it along (e.g. Smash or Animal Crossing). In retrospect, MHGU doesn't really fit that mold, given how past MH games have gone for me, so that's a bit inconsistent, but meh.

Most of my Steam library only cost me $5-10, typically for games that would have been $20-$30 at full price (even without counting humble bundle stuff, which offers even better deals). Sales like that certainly exist for physical games, but they take a lot more shopping around and effort than just checking Steam/GOG/Humble whenever they've got a big sale on. I'm not going to end up with that kind of savings by reselling games unless I manage to turn a profit, and really, I'm not that interested in trying to turn a profit by selling my collection.

As I said, I don't really plan on selling anything. Lending's a point, but that's why I tend not to go for digital for anything I might end up lending to a friend. More saliently, where I don't have any friends with a Switch, being able to lend those games isn't as big of a deal (though, that said, the only retail-available Switch games I've got in digital are MHGU and Smash, for the aforementioned convenience reasons). Most of my digital library is on PC, where stuff isn't really available physically, but also where stuff is cheap enough to not need to lend, and things like Steam Family Sharing (or just sharing an account) do actually allow for digital games to be lent.

That, and chugging a bottle of soya sauce isn't a high-sodium diet, it's sodium poisoning. If you can survive chugging the bottle and then proceed to ingest no other sodium for the next several days, you can still average out to have a reasonable amount of sodium in your diet. Understanding that a high-sodium diet would be unhealthy doesn't necessarily equate to understanding that a sodium-based detox regimen could itself be toxic.

So... start the downloads on one of the other days and let it download while you're at work and couldn't ply anyway? Start the download you want on Sunday morning before you eat breakfast/shower/do chores so it's ready by the time you're done? Downloading is a very passive thing, usually. They haven't altered the data though. You'd only need to play offline, uninstall the update, or otherwise start fresh and it would work as it did previously. If they rewrite your digital copy you're hosed.

Legally, if you continue to play your physical copy after they've revoked your right to do so, you're opening yourself up to fines, lawsuits, or other penalties. Even if you manage to practically circumvent that revocation, you're not getting around the fact that you no longer have any right to play that game. If you're disregarding the law like that in order to say that physical copies can't be taken from you, then you can no longer say that digital can be taken away from you at any time. In order to be logically consistent, you must then also be okay with pirating a copy of the game to replace the revoked digital copy. Do that, and digital becomes superior because you don't have to gimp your system by playing offline all the time in order to circumvent efforts to stop you from playing it.

Personally, I play multiple games at a time.

In the sense of "I am working my way through multiple games," sure. In the sense of "I am literally playing two games at once," not so much. If you're working on multiple games and they all get corrupted, you can download the one you want to play most immediately, then let the others download in the background while you play that one (and also overnight, because realistically, I doubt you'll be playing more than 2-3 games in a single day).

And love to have all my games ready and playable at a moments notice. Which is easier with physical. Barely any space taken, if any at all. And dont have to redownload for an hour if something messes up. Quick to switch out, as well. And I have a neat carrying case. Zelda themed...

Eh, you still have to carry them around, which increases the risk of something happening to one of them (in which case you're out the entire cost of the game, not just some redownloading time). Switching physical games is also always going to be slower than switching digital, given that you have to do more than just select a different box on the menu (possible exception: the switch's menu kind of sucks and just keeps expanding to the right indefinitely, so if you have hundreds of digital games you might be scrolling for a while). I've also got a carrying case, but that takes up too much room to fit in a pocket (as it stands, the Switch itself takes up all of a large jacket pocket), so it's not practical for taking out and about.
