Actually most online users who aren't EVO kiddies are pretty pissed over not just one paid returning character but an entire season pass full of them

Also, we do not sell classic Tekken characters, Paid DLC will be special content. With this system, we can do free updates and support for a long time.

At least rogue, black flag, origins, and odyssey have been good. Syndicate just was repetitive. Unity was trash. Odyssey is probably the best the series has ever been gameplay wise.

Pfft, it just took the more=better approach of Origins, except instead of adding to the base gameplay they just added more busy side stuff

Not to mention the free running is out the window essentially
