Topic | Anyone here have Sinemia (Moviepass competitor)? |
IdiotMachine 09/07/18 7:36:32 PM #6 | Questionmarktarius posted... What does "premium upgrade" mean? IMAX, Real3D, etc. From what I read, the "two 2D tickets" reset every billing cycle, but premium upgrade resets every 30 days since the last time you used it. So technically, you will lose at least one "upgrade" for the last month you stay on with Sinemia. Hexenherz posted... I just have no faith in something like this after seeing what happened to MoviePass. I was already really doubtful that MoviePass would even endure (and it didn't). The difference is that Sinemia lowered prices to get people. From my limited searching, Sinemia charged "normal" prices (~$20-30/mo) for the subscription, but lowered it to compete with MoviePass. I assume after MoviePass finally goes under, they'll raise the prices. --- |
