And I'm not entirely convinced that all this is just for blustering and theater for the upcoming election, and they really don't have the intent to pursue impeachment.

Yeah, I can't find a single story about this. The only thing I could find was that Yelp review from 2018 that mentions they're never open, like Greg said. Also, why would Koreans make products for black people, sell them to black people, but not sell them to this one particular store. And were multiple companies not willing to sell to these girls? I'm skeptical of this single tweet without anything to corroborate it. Small businesses go out of business all of the time, and unless there's some actual proof, I'm not really willing to start assuming nefarious intentions of individual races.

Use an offline manager. Keepass is good one. You are responsible for the encrypted file that stores your password, but also allows easy syncing between devices through Dropbox, Google drive, etc.

Don't know where you heard that, but that's completely wrong. Cops can ask you for your ID at anytime. They don't have to have any type of probable cause to talk to you or ask for your ID. Now, that does not mean that you are required to give it to a police officer just because he asks for it. In most states (except Texas, you have to present ID when asked) you are only required to show ID when operating a motor vehicle.

Lol This game is all about experience. You can have god-like RNG and still lose because you don't know how to make the right decisions in certain circumstances. And that is just something that comes over time. If you keep playing, you'll eventually get to a point where the game just clicks; you get to a point where you've seen a lot of the random encounters and know when to take a risk or when to avoid it, you have a strategy to deal with certain ships, you know what to look for in stores, you know when to buy or sell items, you know which upgrade you should purchase for your ship at that point in time, you know which sector is going to be most beneficial, etc.

It's practically the best you could hope for in terms of damage. Cloaking was also in the store and I had enough scrap to buy. If I were to get this type of run now, it'd be over; I wouldn't even have to try. But never having made it to the flagship when it happened, I still managed to lose the run on phase 2 of the flagship.

Just keep playing. You'll get there eventually and it's so satisfying when you do.

I'm being stubborn and determined to beat the game on normal with Kestrel before moving on to anything else lol.

I've got almost no work today and it's shit out. I'm gonna beat it damn it. My current plan is upgrade shields, engines, doors, get a teleporter asap and try to capture ships, get a second laser gun (hate relying on missiles with finite ammo) and then a cloak.

Kestral A is an all-around good ship. Not great, but definitely not bad. It's a really good ship to try for your first win too. If you manage to unlock Kestral B, then that one is even better; It gets a really strong start that can really propel your chances at winning just because of how easy it is to dominate the first 2 sectors. And missiles are actually really good. They bypass shields, which comes in handy when enemies get 3 or 4 shield layers. Most have poor timers, but there are some good ones so don't discount missiles or bombs. There's very few bad weapons in the game.
