The only one that stands out was one of the last interviews I did. Called in on very short notice (like "we're doing interviews in two days and so you need to come in then or we won't interview you", interviewed by the company owner's daughter who didn't appear to have read my CV and also seemed to make a decision the moment she actually read my CV (I wasn't experienced in the techniques they were using and she also told me she didn't like how I'd only worked my last job for six months). Just felt like a massively disrespectful waste of my time. The woman didnt even pretend to be polite though and pretty much told me they wouldn't call back, which is nice. So many HR reps will lie to your face and tell you they'll get back either way. --- |
