I always hated Rinoa every time I played through VIII, but it's been a while. irvines worse than she could ever be i liked rinoa my only issue with her is how often i have to rescue her. she is a party member i dont need her to be constantly in danger and in need of rescue when she is supposed to be one of the stories heroes who should be more capable than that. once or twice is fine but its like 9 times before the game is done where i have to save her ass but overall i liked her but recently someone did point out to me that she doesnt really grow or change or have an arc of her own. her sole purpose of existence is to move squalls development along so she is less of a character and more of a plot device cant really argue against that but i do enjoy her design --- yusketeer |

| yusiko 01/28/20 10:17:36 AM #5 | yeah when the fighters for the tournament of power were revealed everyone made sense except for krillen, tien and roshi then krillen and tien did about as well as could be expected but then master roshi came along and did better than anyone thought he was going to do and it was amazing. 18 was also impressive having one of the highest number of ring outs despite really only getting like 1 focus episode in the tournament of power but she kept getting short scenes of herself beating other fighters --- yusketeer |

It was actually Raiden that was supposed to fight Sheeva at that temple area. However for some reason this plan was scrapped and instead they just had Raiden fight some Reptile like ninjas. oh my mistake then. i knew she had a fight scene planned that got cut so i guess at some point i must have assumed it was against kitana just because she was there for the scene where sheeva gets taken out of the film --- yusketeer |
