and not every horror story is set in an isolated area
halloween for example takes place in a town where laurie is surrounded by people who could potentially help her and in fact she begs for help at one point and the person just turns their porch lights off ignoring her.

that kind of makes it more terrifying since in that scenario laurie is in a suburb but still might as well be a million miles from help

like if you are trying to romance the twink guy who is 18 you can order the butler who he thinks of as a big brother to sleep with him. and the butler he confides in as a mentor
just because you want to destroy those relationships

i just got a great visual novel off of steam which is hentai
you get to be in charge of a mansion for a month with a bunch of butlers
this awakens the sadist inside and you can start forcing the butlers to go gay and do terrible things to them.

you cant be nice otherwise you lose
you need to do terrible things like destroy the garden in front of the butler that loves the garden
or lock your one butler up in a room for a couple days so he misses his chef audition which would have made him a world famous chef

thats how you get the good endings

phantasy star 4 is absolutely worth playing
just dont level up past level 80
the game is glitched at levels higher than that and you start to get weaker and lose abilities

at least her chase scene in i know what you did last summer was great
one of the best horror chase scenes rivaling wendy's chase in prom night.

she took a role in scream 2 without reading the script since she loved the first scream.
a decision she said she would never do again because she was not happy with her part in scream 2

not that i blame her as Cece was a character type that scream 1 mocked "always running up the stairs when she should be going out the front door"

phantasy star 1 does get props for being the first jrpg with a female lead
the creator wanted a heroine little girls could look up to
which is why its a shame none of the final 4 potential main characters in phantasy star 3 were women
even 1 being a girl could have honored the legacy the first one left behind

I've heard you can win them all but one is very difficult and even if you win there's no reward lol.

the game crashes if you beat the one IIRC
neifirst you can beat with a solo nei which you are supposed to lose but all winning does is alter the scene that follows a tiny bit
typically neifirst is fought by nei in a battle you are meant to lose. then the rest of your party fights neifirst once you lose.but you can win the first fight with just nei and skip the second half with the rest of the party
but the 3 robot guards were never meant to be beaten and like i said im pretty sure the game will crash if you do

phantasy star 2 has almost no boss fights
just 4 and one of them you cant win against and have to lose

the difficulty comes from its long maze like dungeons
either way other than phantasy star 4 none of the original phantasy star games are really any good
phantasy star 2 is kind of a bare bones version of what phantasy star 4 would become

the biggest difference is that the movie is anti war and is parodying the war mongering attitude many have
