How could she not know? She was aware it existed and was high ranking enough to be know about Starks experimenting with it, so would have some idea of it's unique properties. I doubt that was the first time anyone shot at it.

It's a valid question. Why is there only outrage when it happens to be a white guy doing the violence? I think complaining about the number of roles Davis is offered can be a legitimate argument. I don't think comparing pay is.

She should be comparing where she is now to where they were at the same relative time frame, to be honest. If she's expecting to make what Meryl Streep makes NOW then she's looking at the wrong data. Streep has done more by simple virtue of having a longer career. You can't discount that.

If they both have the same accolades then that's different.

Um, Farrakhan has been preaching about the "white devil" for literal decades and nothing has come of it. That only proves this is not a serious worry. Not to mention the fact that Minister Farrakhan isn't all that influential in the black community like that. Nobody really takes him serious and it's not like he's the leader of this movement to begin with, so his thoughts don't really matter.
