Train sim world and modern warfare 2019

Players drive trains along routes and shoot at each other with each train being a team. It'd work out fairly well, but super boring as you'd just be shooting out windows and stuff. Or just fight in the stations or on the tracks occasionally getting hit by a train.

Oh yeah was reminded of one thing I got choked. There was this trend where I literally get in trouble because of other kids and I was just present. Such as detention for throwing rocks at a dumptruck or running around in church, etc.
This one time I'm watching kids try to ride a rocking horse down the stairs onto concrete below at the church and trying to prevent injury from happening. They don't get punished/stopped, instead I get told to stop and sit down. So I sit, watch the potential disaster unfold. Time to go, apparently I've been rebellous and get hand choked/strangled at the front door and then a second time at the car cuz I'm such as trouble maker.

I guess what I should have done is shoved those kids off the second floor straight into the concrete below.

I think what bothers me about it is that you have this lingering feeling of running at full throttle.

You use some easy/op weapons for a bit, then decide you want to level some other weapons that aren't so great... get slaughtered. Then you reclimb the ladder. It also encourages more try harding from what I've seen as you gotta use the best.

Though I do find it funny people are complaining about it when usually I see people complain about the lack of it. There is no victory, only lamentations of the women.

I think the worst was when a switch was involved, particularly the thin whippy ones that left good ole welts and laceration type marks. I couldn't really block those out, but hand/belt was nullified.

^ That one above post reminds me of my dad. He didn't get physically violent usually, but due to my siblings running amok caused them to shelter the hell out of me and my simple existance I was being rebellous/bad. There were so many random small things and basically being forbidden to make any friends or socialize because I'd wind up running off and getting pregnant or something. Might as well be the reason, but I'm male so you can work the logic there. It even stemmed down to small things, like taking my shoes off at the end of the day and before can even finish the process get pulled into an arguement about how my shoes don't belong in the middle of the floor. I literally just took them off and was in the process of putting them where they belong... but no. You know the type, where you're in the process of doing something, but they gotta feel the need to order you to do the obvious and then feel it was required.

The control scheme thing is right... most games these days will have the left trigger to aim down sight or zoom. I remember a few tom clancy games where it'd be click the right stick. That was even on 360 and it drove me up the wall. Something so simple as that made it really awkward to go between.

Hell, NFS Heat still commits a control scheme sin by not being configurable within the game and puts gear up/down on what would be R1/L1 while accel/brake are on R2/L2. We ain't using face buttons like Gran Turismo 1-4, get this crap outta here Ghost games.

Is sad how so many information is thrust upon players these days and it's still not understandable. Just the simple act of checking a control layout diagram can be helpful, but many ignore it or immediately crank sensitivity to max and flail about.

Been there, don't envy it... basically resulted in dredging and redoing the entire line because of roots all throughout, including the city's side under the road. Also discovered we had a house trap this whole time... basically like a u bend under your sink, but a big one for the sewer in the ground.

Those 2 weeks were the most stressing if any hint of 'I gotta go' crept up. The main horror was 2 weeks, but it was rather a slow burn of "something's fucked up, but not sure what" for about 4-5 years.

Hope they get it resolved sooner, because it grinds stuff to a halt.

I don't have one myself, but iirc the ps4 throttles it to something abysmal from what I've read, like 12. Might be higher, but I do know it has a limit in place.
I get my full speed on xbox one, but that also comes down to read/write speed/bandwidth, server demand, and whether my network is being nice, but for the most part is speeds along quite nicely and when you can download 150GB in 2h15m I'll certainly take it.

PC is about same as xbox one.

This is with 200/20 btw, but in reality it's more like 243/2-30 depending on isp traffic. I get an extra 40 over, but not sure of the specific reasons.

No, it's to do with hydraulic/pneumatic systems. You'd probably have heard of it if you've played a racing game with tuning, since they usually have rebound and damping for shock absorbers. That's partially why I knew the term as it basically means a system to reduce movement via gasses.

There's other methods, but those ones I mentioned are gassy. I was a bit distracted by burning hotdogs and bubble cubes.

I dug into it a time or two. There was so much more of the 'hell' footage, but it was removed for being too graphic/scary and instead had to be reduced heavily. It also can't be restored because the film was stored in salt mines and got too damaged. They also changed the ending once or twice and lots of the scary bits, because audiences couldn't take scary or not so happy ends. It basically had a botched development because too many people wanted to change it around, which resulted in a still spooky movie that's mediocre. But hey, it's all bout the money and happier end.

Little shop of horrors from 1986 also got its ending completely flipped because of test audiences for a similiar reason.

So yeah, there was a time I sorta delved into Event Horizon, mostly due to the premise and what we did get. Makes me sad it could have been more, instead it got mucked with.
