Or, in other words, you're saying it was Kyle's fault that he was attacked on a public street, chased down, had people attempting to attack him while he was on the fucking ground -- including one guy who pulled a gun of his own on Kyle and, even after Kyle shot at his attackers, was moving in with that gun (which he had in his hands PRIOR to Kyle shooting at his first attacker) to shoot Kyle (and only stopped because he got shot in the arm) -- is that really what you're going with? If it is, it's kinda fucking weird because you're using that as a justification for him not being there, while both failing to address the same thing could be said of anybody else there and also handwaving the fact he was fucking physically attacked in the first place which is unacceptable under any circumstances.

Here is the problem with this analysis, we know Kyle bought a gun just weeks before he went there. Kid went to the place looking for trouble, and I would have no problem with the people he killed being put on trial but guess what, you can't prosecute a dead man/woman.

This is basically like someone swimming through a river filled with human feces then wondering why he smells like it. He went to this place looking for action and a potential fight period, it would be like someone going into a bank with a loaded assault rifle, where we know 4 armed bank robbers are in there and in the ensuing shoot out 3 hostages get shot. Should that person not face a penalty for being the instigator of a shoot out that killed 3 innocent bystanders?

This was not Kyle's place to do this period we have military and police to handle situations like this, he should have never been there. Kyle views himself as some sort of fucking crusader who believes he is helping every situation he is in, and as we can see he is fucking completely deluded. I also think anyone that enters any high tension situation packing a major weapon is going to pour more gasoline on the fire. It's basically like driving into a protest with a tank all of a sudden things that were bad are going to get worse if you start firing the cannon on that tank.

I also will point out Kyle did not follow proper self defense protocol, if someone breaks into my house and I shoot the guy and kill him I must IMMEADITLY call the cops to let them know. Kyle shot people and killed them, yet he makes no attempt to notify police about it. So even if you believe 100% that Kyle was just defending himself he did not follow the proper method of that.

That is irrelevant, the concept of libraries predate socialism but that doesn't mean public libraries are not socialism. Shit most things that are socialist in nature were created in some form before socialism.

This is basically like claiming "Well the creation of food for distribution can't be a form of capitalism, because humankind has always eaten and created food long before capitalism was a thing."

Even more than that if he didn't go out of his way to enter a potential place where violence could break out he wouldn't be in this thing. This isn't a case of some guy trying to defend his property or his family he literally drove to get to this drive took him 30-40 minutes at least.

I mean roads are technically socialism, the road system could very easily be a capitalist enterprise where you pay to use each and every road in a monthly or by use fee.

Shit in Texas they have freeways that are privately owned and you have to pay a fee to use them each and every time you do. They will either send a bill to your house based on your license number or they have special cameras that can take pictures of a card you can put in your windshield and bill you that way.

It's still available in physical form, so if someone is dead set on buying it for PS4 they just have to get the physical edition. People act like buying games on PSN is the only way to get PS4 games or something.

They really aren't. I was enjoying Cyberpunk a good deal, but I think I'll just revisit it in a year or so when they've had time to make that game everything it's supposed to be.

Witcher 3 had a good number of problems on release also, just most played it 6+ months or later after it came out. Cyberpunk 2077 may be a mess on consoles but on PC I have had a very good time playing it with mostly minor annoyance bugs at worst.

They should've just launched it on PC and the new consoles and delayed the "last gen" ports indefinitely before cancelling them. Worked for MKX's 360/PS3 versions.

Yeah, I think they felt releasing something would be the lesser of two roads where people end up extremely pissed off. The PS4+Xone versions were promised so long that it would have really upset people to cancel it or postpone it for a while literally a month or two before release.

Because Joe Pesci's character was fixated on the McCulkin home, I can't remember the exact phrase he says but it's the most impressive house in the neighborhood and he figures it has some very impressive stuff in it to steal.

They also are 99% sure the kid is alone so that he will be easy pickings since the kid will likely be scared and hiding if they break in.

Regular FF 15 is not on Switch, they made a pocket edition with vastly simplified graphics and an abridged storyline for mobile and tablet, then later that got ported to other platforms like Switch.

Well most consoles just upscale 1080 into 4k, it is not true 4k. True 4k requires much more powerful hardware than PS4 and Xone can put out. PS5 and Xbox Series X are closer but even they aren't up to what it takes for the most demanding games.

There's been nothing official on such a thing at all. Everyone's been expecting since the console first launched that there'd be further revisions, as Nintendo handhelds often see, but I don't really see what they could do differently now that the Lite is out. A half-gen upgrade a la PS4 Pro/XboneX isn't impossible, but seems really unlikely given how much the New 3DS flopped (a whole 1 exclusive title and marginal improvements in half a dozen others, ~10 million shipped, compared to 76 million for the whole 3DS family) and the fact that Nintendo really isn't trying to maintain hardware parity with anyone else. There's virtually no chance that any of those 4K fantasies will come true (not that there's any point at all to 4K on the handheld screen, given its size).

There is little point to 4k in handheld mode, shit, most top of the line phones that cost well over $1000 don't use 4k. You need typically a much larger screen area to really appreciate 4k and the switch is nowhere near big enough. 4k in docked mode? Now that is something that would be of note for sure.

Yep, this is like the opposite of X-Men where most people aren't mutants in that world. In this though very few have "powerful" quirks though most have random semi-useless ones.

Stuff like putting a dot on the wall, making it slightly hotter in an area etc..

It does help when someone has been on the other end, I did a lot of phone based customer service and technical support in my young days. Even when I am justifiably upset over an issue I never take it out on the customer service rep or tech support agent. Those jobs can be very rough since a ton of customers are complete fucking assholes, even though it's 99% of the time not the fault of who you are talking to.

I imagine retail is the same way, now if the retail employee directly fucks something up for you badly that is one thing, but 9 times out of 10 the blame doesn't fall on the shoulders of the person you are dealing with.

Mostly positive? They have Overwhelmingly Positive for the latest 200 or so reviews, I would say less than 3% of games released on Steam hit that Overwhelmingly Positive because it requires nearly everyone to at least like the game.

If you like Pokemon and Metroidvania style games this seems to be a great mix of the two.

Yeah, I think something in the middle is the best make items rare but not as rare as in Diablo 2 or something. Where you could play the game legit for years of 3-4 hours a day minimum and see a handful of very good items in that time.

Shit most of these games only survived on the item front because of duping, if Diablo 2 never had duping bugs those super good items would be like 20-30 times rarer.

Farming items in the game back when the RL money Auction House was still out was incredibly hard. Drop rates were pretty damn low, and finding anything of real note took an extreme amount of time.

The only time the games have a reasonable price is during a sale, Xmas sale on Steam should start soon.

The longer Trump ties to road block this the harder it is for Biden to begin. We haven't seen any President do this shit in a very long time, and if Trump refuses to leave after Biden is officially President he will be the only President to ever try to stay after he lost.

Think of it like this you are trying to move into a new house, and the people that live there won't leave it sure fucks you over if you hired a moving van and had people coming to move that stuff in and you can't. This is even worse because he is having trouble establishing his administration so he can hit the ground running on day 1.

Right the reason they have these is to incentive showing up to court, if you take off and try to run, or just don't show up to the court date for any reason then the Judge will claim whatever money they put up is forfeit. Losing or winning the case is irrelevant to getting the bond back.

Presumably his parents do pay for his cost of living, though, so it would only be reasonable to use his stimulus to help support that. At least, I'm guessing that was the reasoning behind giving stimulus cheques to any minors. If we're going to accept the premise that minors don't have significant expenses and are therefore making a reasonable choice to blow their cheque on luxuries, then minors shouldn't be getting stimulus cheques.

I'm surprised he got one I'm pretty sure if he was still claimed as a dependent on the parent's tax returns the check his mother got would have jest been larger. Shit, they are extremely restrictive on kids coming straight out of high school getting free financial aid to go to college. You have to turn 23 or 24 if memory serves before they will even consider just looking at your own income and not your parents when dealing with free financial aid from the government.

Maybe on a personal level, but Trump's policies are far more in line with Christianity than Biden's (although I suspect much of it is just lip service). If you're a Christian, who are you going to support? A president who might have a checkered personal history, but vows to fight abortion and stands with the church on many issues? Or the guy who was in an administration that supported suing Christian business owners for wanting to exercise their religious beliefs and ardently advocates abortion? As everything else in politics, it's clearer the matter of being the lesser of two evils. And Trump is a much more staunch supporter of the church than some previous Republican candidates.

A base metabolism varies from person to person depending on numerous factors (genes, height and current weight, ratio of muscle and fat, dietary habits, etc.). For the average, healthy person, it might be in the 1400-1600 range to eat that many calories and retain the same weight without exercising.

Right metabolism makes up a part of it to but the body burns calories just by doing the things it must do to keep us alive. Again this is why we need food+water as fuel to keep that process going.

That is what Trump is doing though, so far they have no proof that fraud ever took place intentionally. At best they have at best is a few that might have been mishandled which means jack shit.
