I had Covid back in mid December and that sounds way worse than what I dealt with. Sorry you're having that kind of reaction.

Dad is a narcissistic sociopath who felt I didn't deserve to live. I was beaten, abused, and insulted my entire life. Developed social anxiety and depression, began isolating myself from other people. Didn't properly develop needed social skills. So grew up with no friends, being bullied at school and abused at home.

I thought things would change as an adult with a job. Employers just use you, then I avoid co-workers too. Realize just how big of a failure I am. Depression deepens. At that point dad tried to murder me, cops took his side.

Find gamefaqs and spend about 14 years avoiding the social boards. Eventually get brave enough to post, and actually get greeted by people who don't want me dead. After a while I open up a bit, and get a wave of support and kindness like I've never felt before. Join the sanctuary board and discord server. At this point I've opened the emotional floodgates and 30 years of emotional trauma is pouring out of me. Everyone grows sick of me. Told that no one likes me being in the server, so I leave. After I'm gone some things are done behind my back, and everyone there turned against me(don't get the wrong idea though, it was my own fault). What little good will people had left got shredded and gamefaqs has just become another place that I'm not welcome.

Edit: So, I'm just living a pointless, hollow, lonely life, that doesn't even matter. Wishing I could be like any of the rest of you, or find someone that does care about me for real.

Seems like reality breaks in a small town. Wanda somehow gets control of that reality and can bend it to her will. Vision is back, apparently saved by Wanda in her little pocket reality.

Of course, there's more to it. The trailer implied this situation is a huge threat to the world outside the town, and is being used by someone/something besides Wanda as well.

I also ordered a back up pair of glasses today since my coverage kicked in, I get 410$ to spend on glasses every two years cause of my treaty, so I figured might as well order a back up pair in case I break the ones I have now or something

Maybe, I suppose I don't know what an ulcer would feel like. Still, it feels more like a muscle ache, but on the inside. Idk, guess I'll just talk to them later and let them know if it's still happening.

Just got a call from the medical center. It said the CT scan didn't show anything besides a recent Covid infection. Which ended a few weeks ago. So, I guess I'm ok? Still having the new pains though, but I guess there's at least nothing obviously major going on.

They said they were sending my scans to someone else(I think the main doctor at the clinic who wasn't there today) and I'm supposed to call back at the end of the week after I finish my antibiotics and let them know if it helped.

Lack of social skills, social anxiety, depression, low self esteem, long term physical and mental abuse has seemingly broken me to the point that I can't believe anyone would ever want me(in any form, not just sex).

Though, I'm doing better if I don't wallow in it. So that's the route I'm trying to take, but it's a hard habit to break, and tons of topics/posts here still bother me.

The Wispers are trying to maintain the original timeline. This is painfully obvious and confirmed by Square.

Yes, I'm not arguing that. I'm saying from Aerith's actions in game, it's just as likely she is the one(or one of the two) who are actively trying to change things. Besides, it's her that pushes you into confronting Sephiroth early, and breaking the original timeline at the end. Which she lied to the other characters to get them to that point, and the new timeline just happens to benefit her directly.

Edit: All I'm saying is we see her alter people's minds, lie to the others, and generally be shady with her future knowledge. I don't think it was all Sephiroth's doing.

They aren't targeting her. All they are doing is trying to keep everything on its preordained path.

They swarm right on top of her(literally as she is introduced she is being swarmed), block her specifically while others are free, and aside from one point only appear when she is present.

I actually think it was Aerith that was meddling with the timeline, possibly to save Zack. Iirc the only time the whispers appear when she isn't present is when Jessie hurts her leg. Every other time they are always targeting Aerith. We also see Aerith lie to the others, most obviously to Cloud about Sephiroth. We also see her meddling with people's mind's directly,vas we see her do to Marlene and Red XIII. Keep in mind, when she does it to them it does the same static mental haze that Cloud gets when he's around her. She may have even been the one to show the vision of Meteor to the heroes, as Sephiroth wasn't around at that point and hasn't shown to be able to mentally manipulate regular humans like Tifa and Barrett, while Aerith has.

They set up a new rule. That whenever someone reports money missing from the register, the previous person had to pay it back. It was going to go into effect right after my shift... so I suspected it was a set up. Fortunately for me, another employee asked to switch days. I warned about the new rule and that the following shift could just pocket the money and blame them. Then that's exactly what happened. Even though the cash was even when they left, next shift reported cash missing. So they paid it back even though it wasn't missing when they left.

Then the GM cane out and accused them of being a thief, and saying there was another $100 missing that she owed him. She quit right then, and I knew the same thing would happen after my next shift, so I quit too.

I shed so many tears the first day they were training me to wear them haha. It was so uncomfortable. Now I am used to having my fingers near my eyes but sometimes the contacts don't stick to my eyes when I try to put them in. Taking them out is easy, though.

Still sounds awful. lol

I've been wearing glasses since middle school (also got braces at the same time so I was a total poindexter). Recently I tried getting contacts but I still struggle to put them in sometimes and I don't like the way they feel after a few hours. I was thinking about trying Lasik next. But despite all that glasses aren't bad at all. I bet you'll be a real stud wearing them

I don't think I could ever use contacts. That whole process just seem uncomfortable.

That dye almost made me vomit all day. Went into the Radiology place and they booted me back out to the car when they found out I had Covid last month. Just called me back for the scan, which went fine. Just waiting to hear back now.

The dye isn't all that bad. CT scans are easily the most relaxed scans. Only takes like 30-45 seconds and you are in a relatively comfortable area.

Good, my parents are making a big deal out of it and saying it'll take all day. My appointment is at 10am, and I work at 3pm. So I think I'll be fine, told them that I doubt the actual scan would take more than 15-20 minutes. Glad to hear it's actually pretty quick.

That will indeed help. I probably need a eye test to see if amblyopia can be fixed in adults.

Yeah, Im getting an eye exam too, since my glasses broke and my prescription is expired by a few months. (Kaiser is weird how they do things.)

This'll be my first pair. They told me that I should always wear them, but it's not so bad that I can't go without either.

I kind of panic selected a pair though, as they were only seeing 1 person at a time and there was a line waiting to be let in. So when it was time to pick the frames I just grabbed one.

Went to the doctor yesterday over unusual abdomen pain. After the usual check up, they still couldn't figure anything out. Sent me for x-rays and said they saw some abnormalities that need to be checked better. So I have to get a CT scan tomorrow before work. I'm not looking forward to having to drink the ink/dye or whatever it is.

Also, had an appointment today for my first ever adult eye exam. Turns out I have Astigmatism and glasses would really help. I'd been a bit worried as some things I need to read at work have been blurry, and it looked like this will clear that up. I'm just not looking forward to having something else to be self conscious over, especially at work with my coworkers.
