What does the surgery entail? Don't you have to keep your eyes open for like 10 minutes?

Like I struggle keeping my eyes open during a normal eye exam when they shine the light in your eyes and I'm tearing up by the end of it. I have a fear that will cause the surgery to get messed up.

They put in numbing drops, then have them held open with something physical. You don't feel anything, except some faint pressure. The sensation that you feel is more of a "huh...." than an "AAHHHH!". And I'm someone who doesn't even like to think about eyes, or even when I look at pictures of bloodshot eyes it makes my eyes water. It's really not bad at all.

It's not exactly an enjoyable procedure, but it doesn't hurt. It's just pretty uncomfortable, but it's worth it in the end. The worst part is after they've numbed your eyes and have them held open, when they start doing the cutting, they have you focus on this little red light, and as you are starring at the red light, your vision starts to turn all white. It's a weird feeling of starring at something and just having your vision completely vanish, all while lying down and not really being able to move. And then once they finish (it happens quickly), your vision starts to fade in again.

Nothing hurts though.

Now I'm finally free to complain about "Hook" still being in without alerting the stuffer.

When it comes to 90s childhood nostalgia, the stuffer is locked in everytime. Jurassic Park is the most obvious winner since The Lion King. It seems to be one of the few times they don't stuff weird things.

The graphics and music are fantastic. The gameplay is alright, but I can't say I ever really cared about it that much. But it's probably one of the most beautiful looking SNES games. It's kind of mind boggling that they would remake it with different visuals, given how nice its pixel art is.

So there's obviously going to be a card that just says you win the game if you've completed 3 dungeons with different names, right? Unless they are going to have some cards that are really move them along quickly. But the rare and mythic revealed don't sound too promising.

There were a couple leaks, in particular Vergeben who did accurately predict Incineroar. But it coincided with the Grinch Leak, and Incineroar was not in the Grinch leak. It was a very divisive time, and many people were really buying the Grinch one and it created a lot of ripple effects afterward.

Kazuya also suffers in the same way that Incineroar and Piranha Plant did, in that the nights leading up to the reveal, there were very widespread and commonly believed false spoilers that got people hyped (I'm not referring to the false spoilers that happen all the time throughout the year). So when they ended up being false, it made a lot of people dissatisfied by what was actually revealed.

In the case of Kazuya, though, he's like an even more exaggerated version of Terry, who got pretty neutral reactions on reveal, and then people stopped talking about him entirely about 2-3 weeks after his release in the game, which was far quicker than every other character for some reason (honestly no idea why). This is actually the first time people have even been talking about Terry with any weight, since about November 2019.

He's the least excited I've been for a new Smash character reveal since Bayonetta in Smash 4.

But nothing wrong with dull characters getting in, because some people love them. Some of my favorites have probably been lame for others. That's the fun of a game having such a varied roster.

I'd say Oranges are probably overall my favorite, though their use in cooking is a bit more limited than others, though still perfectly viable. There are Honorable mentions to Olives, Avocado, Apples, Peaches, Grapefruit, and Limes.

It would be hard not to give the answer to Tomato though if we want to go that route, just due to its importance in Italian and Central/South American food.

His 5 best movies are already in the poll. Seems excessive for me to even bother requesting to add his 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, and 10th best movies to the poll...because it just starts to become filler at that point, even if they are good movies.

Not that there is much point in running this. The stuffer is notoriously a 90s nostalgia stuffer, so it would be a shock if Jurassic Park didn't win (maaaybe outside chance of Hook depending on if they were born mid-80s).

Metroid looked very cool from the trailer, but there is something in the back of my mind that is telling me they'll mess it up. Hopefully they won't, and they probably won't!

The articles that just came out covering the game mention online challenges and leaderboards, and local 4-player. Hopefully there is something new. Honestly it wouldn't take much for me to rebuy Super Money Ball 2 if there was something truly worth it...

That's just me personally though. I've never really been a fan of long drawn out boss fights which has become more of the common trend since the early 2000s. It kind of wears out its welcome and makes them all run together in my mind. I think they are more memorable and exciting when it's short, but difficult.

Fun album. There are a number of songs that sound very 'samey'...like lesser versions of other songs here. My #1-6 are all great ones. After that, it gets a bit more mixed. "Dead" and "Tame" are probably the only ones I'd say are kinda bad.

"Hey" is about as good as it gets with the Pixies; such a fantastic song with a lot of variety to it. It feels like the full album condensed into a single song.
