Yep! I think it's actually illegal to present surprise witnesses? Might not be, but it's seen in very bad taste, and can throw an entire trial in jeopardy of being thrown out. Both sides know everything the other side knows.

You can't have "trial by surprise". Both sides know what all of the evidence is, and who all the witnesses are, and all of this is agreed upon by the prosecution, defense and judge before the trial begins.

Blizzard is in trouble. They need hits on their hands, and it's difficult to see how they can deliver. The Blizzard brand doesn't mean what it used to. It's almost toxic to the touch these days. They rush a poor remaster of one of their greatest games, WarCraft III, and never bothered to finish it, 2 years later. The past 2 WoW expansions were not well received by the community, and during the pandemic, where other games gained players, WoW LOST players. They just delayed Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4. And not to mention the PR nightmare that is Blizzard and all their horrible horrible choices and internal culture nonsense. They just announced WoW 9.2 is the end of Shadowlands, and the announcement reeked of desperation, just aping everything from FFXIV and Destiny 2. They need big shake ups at Blizzard. They need to put people that know what they're doing in charge of games. If they could get off their high horse, acknowledge they're fucking up WoW, and lay out a clear 5-year plan on what they're going to do to fix it, and stick to it and actually listen to fan feedback for once, they could turn their prospects around. But that's never going to happen.

Holy shit. Blizzard is just straight up aping Endwalker. They announced that 9.2 is the "end of the story arc established in WarCraft III". They literally went. "Oh wait yeah us too, we're also wrapping up a decade long story arc! No, TWO decade long arc! Yeah that was clearly planned!" It's one thing to be an imbecile. It's another to treat your audience like imbeciles. They are just incapable admitting they fucked it up.

Okay so, shiny hunting information:
Shiny odds are 1/4096
Shiny Charm is in, HOWEVER it only works on eggs. And nothing else. Random grass encounters. Underground overworld encounters. Soft resetting legendaries, and pokeradar. Shiny charm doesn't effect any of that.
Pokeradar is back. So you take 50 steps to charge the radar, use it, then grass will continuously shake until you enter battle. The furthest patches of grass from when you used the radar will contain the same Pokemon you are chaining. Each successful chain increases shiny odds incrementally, until shiny odds become 1/200. Then every shaking patch of grass has a 1/200 chance of being shiny. So then just keep recharging the radar until you see the shiny shaking grass. So sounds like radar hunting is much easier than it was in DPPt and XY. But it's probably still time consuming.
Underground has a completely separate shiny hunting method. You can find shiny statues, and decorate your base with them. Each shiny statue of the same Pokemon increases shiny rolls for that specific Pokemon by 1. Shininess is then determined on a Pokemon when you enter a room, but you cannot see the shiny until you enter battle. So just decorate your base with the shiny statues of the Pokemon you want shiny. Enter the room where they spawn. If they don't spawn, exit and reenter, then just run into all instances of that Pokemon until it shines, or leave, reenter and try again.
Legendaries: shininess is determined when you enter the room. So enter battle, if shiny, congrats, if not, run away, leave the room and reenter.

Edit: on the subject of shiny lock:
Mew and Jirachi

That's it. The only shiny locked Pokemon are the gift Mew and the gift Jirachi. Starters, Palkia, Dialga, Arceus, Giratina, Heatran, and previous gen legendaries can all be shiny hunted. And, apparently until the mystery gift events actually happen, it appears that Darkrai and Shaymin are NOT shiny locked.

WTF Nintendo apparently just doesn't care about the leakers. They just released the 1.1 patch 8 days before official release, and this is something that should be for the reviewers, but they openly advertised it on their twitter, and acknowledged that some people already completed the game early, but this patch shouldn't cause any problems for those people since it's mostly postgame content.

I'll be honest. I hated DP when they came out. Those games are SLOOOOOOOOW. Takes forever to do anything. And I never bothered with Plat which everyone says was awesome. But Diamond was such a shitty experience to play that I just never bothered.
