If you are on dating apps, just assume the woman you are talking to has been through the absolute worst with one or multiple creeps and any weird "rule" she might have like this is due to her having to deal with one. Seriously, girls have to deal with SO much on these apps, but most guys just think it's easy for them since they get match after match after match. Guys don't really have to worry nearly as much about people googling their number, using bots to spam calls/texts to that number when denied by the other sex, being stalked at work by someone you gave your number out to, being ****d or murdered by the person they're talking to. It sounds ridiculous, but it's a literal reality for women and something that's way more common than us guys realize

i think some of this stuff applies to everyone.

You really don't know who you are dealing with on the other side. Best to not be too revealing and not give away social media or any personal stuff so soon. As well as incest too much emotionally.

Guys go through their own unique challenges in dating as well. A subscription is basically required for more than a match a week, while a woman can get 100 easily.

I agree that most women who have dated around have had their fair share of creepers. Online dating and tech has made more people awkward and creepy. Luckily some dating apps are getting better in regards to safety and reporting people. Best that we all be in our best behavior.

7 day policy is weird, but not giving out number right away is fine. It does sound like she dates around a lot or something.

There's apps like coffee meets bagel that expire after a week or two after talking, unless you extend it. Usually i trade numbers after the first date, if I want to see them again. CMB closing chats on its own after someone doesn't talk or something is actually a nice thing..Sometimes you just don't want to hear from them again.

i disagree. Teachers need to be paid a reasonable wage. I've had teachers who had to spend their own out of pocket money for supplies in their classroom for kids to use.

Kids spend 6-8 hours a day at school. Far more than their parents. So yes, they have a big impact on kids. They are educating them and leading them towards a good path. They can help them be successful. Being a teacher is not easy. Besides just teaching and grading, they have to plan lessons, discipline kids, and have to adapt to generations and how kids react to them (such as covid)

It's not uncommon for teachers to be their students therapists and babysitters/mini parents-doing things that are out of their pay range..

There are shitty teachers out there too, but considering how much their wages haven't met up with inflation, and many are underpaid and have to deal with truancy and bad kids, I'm not surprised more are leaving and not finding it worthwhile. It's never great when a teacher who is passionate and dedicated to their job leaves vs someone who does it for a paycheck and turns a blind eye on kids and stuff like bullying.

In the U.S., we can absolutely give more of our tax payer money towards education.

Home defense? Put cameras/alarms if you haven't already. Ring alarm outside your door at least.

if you are really scared and serious about home defense... Buy a gun, train in the shooting range. Having and being trained properly is the best defense and the fastest to neutralize an invader.

Street fight? Don't try to get into one, especially if there's multiple people. Better to avoid or run, then fight. Especially if the odds are stacked against you. Mixed martial arts, BJJ, and boxing are decent.

Same. Either black mail or giving him lots of money. Seems like a good amount of politicians are paid off.
Republicans don't mind selling their soul for lump sums of cash. Clarence Thomas is especially disgusting. But a good amount of democrats who claims themselves to be progressive are really in the middle and seem bought out too for some issues.

IMO, Fetterman is one of the most recent "well known" democrat senators to fall from grace. I had high hopes for him for being socially progressive about health care, prison reform, and some social stuff. i think a lot of people did. Maybe he changed form his stroke, or he sold his soul. i dunno.

I don't wish him harm by any means, and I would rather have him over a Republican. But his worshipping of Israel and turning a blind eye on Palestinians, just pisses me off as someone who calls himself progressive and fighting on human rights.

Yeah, I haven't played OT2 personally. All I've heard is that it's a general improvement over the first game in terms of story and interconnected character questlines, but then I've also heard people stopped about halfway through for some reason.

Thankfully, each game's setting seems separate. So if Asherlee would have an easier shot with 2 instead of 1, it definitely wouldn't hurt to try the demo.

Buying third parties for Switch is always a terrible idea, so no you shouldnt. You can play a Steam version from your couch using the Steam Link app on some devices, and a docked Steam Deck or whatever else will do the job as well.
What a weird thing to say. There's perfectly fine multiplatform ports on switch. This game is 720p 60fps and plays really smooth in handheld mode.

As someone who puts in 99% of time in docked mode, i played this game 100% on handheld... It was meant for it really. Something the other platforms can't do unless it's SD.

It's not. People way overstate this game tbh. The whole game is literally get locked in a room and kill everything. Completely linear path. Always fighting the same 4 bosses every time.
You forgot to mention you unlock the story and lore with multiple playthroughs. No single playthrough will be the exact same. There's some randomization with each one due to different rooms and boons being randomized. You unlock more weapons and permanent power ups as well.

I played about 70 hours on switch and enjoyed it. My only regret is getting physical instead of digital..It's an easy pick up and play game.

I enjoyed it. Single player is decent and it's a lot longer than Swords/Shield. Area X is cool.

There are some performance issues in some areas, but I think it's fairly smooth.

It's been a while since I put 120hrs into a pokemon game, let alone over 20. Probably since gen 2.

The terra raid gimmick is better than gigamantax and a lot of other gimmicks (z moves). Online multiplayer--raids are really fun and make me come back. Whether it's with friends or randoms. 6 and 7 star raids are a real nice challenge and it helps you add pokemon to your dex.

I did buy the dlc but I haven't played it. I kinda regret it. I'd be perfectly happy not spending $35 on it. You get some story stuff and more pokemon to catch (new and old), but you are probably okay without it.
