Yeah there's always gonna be a percentage of extreme liars, which comes with the territory. It's only a small minority, though. Cases like discrimination can be pretty hard to prove, so it's an uphill battle even if they have a run-of-the-mill case.

Other times though, they just straight up lie to you and it's like -_- did you think we wouldn't find out?

Only time Ive been close to this was when I had a flash drive of emails asking to do illegal stuff like work off the clock on agendas/updates and stuff like that and then was fired for refusing a promotion to a position I was demoted out of 3 months prior with a $2 pay cut (cause company thought it was easy and then they couldnt replace me with anyone but still wanted to low ball me).

Then I learned even in California that wasnt really a case since no one would take it and not gonna lie that was an eye opening experience lol. You ever see similar issues that arent necessarily grey but relate to general public misconceptions?

ya I would say it clearly lived up to the hype lasting this long with those numbers.

they didnt invent the concept but they are the first major organization to challenge the monopoly Taxis had. It sucks a small business like that failed because of it, and would be nice if a company that did right by both consumer and employee made it major instead, but youre not gonna drive up sympathy with me at least by advocating that I was better off paying $45 instead for the same $17 trip I take now just because a city somewhere far away had a small business to avoid that problem.

Wages and prices skyrocketed since covid and never came back down. The wage hikes were to get people to actually work. At my former job they went from hiring grunts at close to minimum wage to $20 just to walk in the door. Local subway began hiring at $16 an hour in a rural town. Of course they're related.

Also the remakes seem to be hitting typical JRPG notes that XVI actively avoided. Weird random humor, goofy minigames, anime dialogue complete with excessive grunts.

XVI was well received overall despite lout shit flingers online and by the time the next actual new FF game rolls around a lot of its haters will suddenly point to it as what "FF should be" like people do with literally every game in this series for some reason. This despite almost every creator of a Final Fantasy game saying the point of the series is that they can all be different.

I don't know dick about hockey, but I would put football and baseball as 1 and 2 from experience. Baseball requires insane hand-eye coordination and reaction time. For football, it's mostly the hits and how physical every single play is

honestly take the coordination of baseball, and the teamwork and fluidness of the NBA along with the physicality of the NFL and you get Hockey.

I played football, basketball, and Lacrosse in HS along with swim, golf, soccer, and wrestling (wanted all those patches on the LJ). I havent played baseball outside like middle school and pickup stuff.

now Im a bit biased because I played Hockey since childhood and still do, but Ive never had any trouble with the other sports. Granted I wasnt collegiate or anything, but hockey basically translates to anything else from what Ive seen, whereas most sports only transfer a few skills over to hockey.

so Ive always felt it was the hardest because of that aspect alone. I dont think theres overall a hardest sport cause its always your competition that determines how hard any given game is, but I think the learning curve to play at any level of Hockey is going to be higher just because theres more athletic traits required than basically any other sport.

edit: F1/racing in general is probably way up there. Wasnt thinking about it until I saw the other posts but gotta agree racings probably hardest

go for more than just Mario world otherwise youre gonna be super disappointed.

Like the other poster said the price is based on park capacity. If you go the following week for 112 youre gonna see it way less crowded (and its how I set up my trips for both land and world).

Super Mario land is like a 15-20 minute stop tops though, so unless you like the rest of universal a lot youre not getting the same bang for buck

Eh I hit legend mostly on my own. Friends made it better for sure but a lot of my long term crew members were randoms I met along the way.
