I am 99% sure Kinger's going to be the one to abstract if any of them do at this point. Both characters (Ragatha/Jax) that could've end on not doing it at cliffhanger points and the rest don't make any sense. Kinger has been a mentor figure the entire time, has been around the longest, and lost the most.

Only point against it is the butterfly, I think, which might imply he's the creator of the TDAC. It's either a gag or very important, but the fact his wife abstracted makes me think he's not all-powerful.

Are we still technically in Loki's flashback? I just can't be bothered to care about this stuff at all given we're so late in the game and nearly everyone on page is dead, made irrelevant by past arcs, or only just now being shown for the first time.

It's all pretty important establishment for what pillars started to crack for the world government. Their hedonism, hubris, and cruelty catching up to them after hundreds of years and the wheels beginning to spin in Roger and Rock's era gives a lot of context to present day story stuff.

Circuit Judge Barbara Elmore released Fosler on bond.

Late one night in October, Spencer told police, he heard his dogs barking and went to his daughters room to check on her. She was not there. Spencer called 911 to report her missing, then went looking for her.
A short time later, he found his daughter and Fosler in Foslers truck, and Spencer forced the truck off the road. This led to an altercation between the men, after which Spencer called 911 again to report that hed shot Fosler. Fosler died at the scene.
The state charged Spencer with second-degree murder plus a firearm enhancement in November. Spencers case, like Foslers, was assigned to Judge Elmore.

One older article claims Fosler was an Indiana police chief but it's hard finding any verification on that. Allegedly he had been one or some kind of Sherriff's deputy in Hamlet, Indiana.

To be to clear, the impacts on this will happen (and are already happening) long before the midterms. Insurance companies and facilities aren't going to operate as usual until a storm of cuts hits, they're going to take measures in advance and have been talking about it since around ~3 weeks ago.

I think Biden was too friendly to social & some economic issues at home to be among the worst but this may be judged summarily with Trump's long term impact. If Trump truly becomes a nightmare scenario I don't see how Biden isn't treated like enablers ala Pierce in say, 100 years from now. But as it stands it's more a couple of particular cabinet picks he had that were cataclysmic.
