Imo, for habitual offenders it should be mandatory rehabilitation at some point or harsher punishments.

Unless youre a ghost online, youd be surprised how easy and quick it is to get all your info. I attended a police only class, it was for online investigations. Just using publicly available websites anyone can access. Just using your profile names, and emails, etc.. he could pull everything about you, what websites you have accounts on etc. websites like fast people search has all your info even your phone number.

Another thing to think about to. Is you might move to a country where their culture and race is dominant and youre definitely going to be an outsider and judged.
