When I was on a cut last year, I started eating a lot slower by chewing more. You will feel SO MUCH MORE satiated and eat less.

When you eat really fast, you can consume waaaay more calories. Not good if trying to lose weight.

I've heard this is super common for other people, but I actually have the opposite situation. If I shovel a bunch of stuff into my mouth really fast, I'll often immediately get full or at least feel satiated. With my current meal planning, that often means I'm force feeding those last two bites to myself. Then I have an aversion to eating anything for awhile.

Meanwhile if I eat slower, I can also eat for a much longer period of time and put more calories in there.

So, some folks might want to try either extreme and see how it goes.

My only issue with physical labor is that it often leads me to be too tired for my lifting training. Just because my job is physical doesn't mean it's making me look how I want to look. Unloading a truck is mostly lower body work. If I'm trying to have a big chest, then I'm not getting anywhere.

As long as I can no longer tell that people are watching porn in public, I'm happy

I talk to my brother like once a month. He only lives like 3 blocks from me but he works weird rotating shifts, so I never know when he's available.

It's why the English version translation is funky at times. It was almost completely done by one guy because everyone else was harassed into quitting. Also, the localization tools at the time were essentially just an excel spreadsheet. A lot of his complaints about the process were taken seriously by Square and they built more tools based on his advice. It's actually a pretty important game because of that silver lining.

Warframe is undeniable proof.

Warframe and Path of Exile are the only examples I can think of that do it right. Even then, Warframe has definitely attempted to gouge it's users but the player base throws a fucking fit and the devs immediately back down.

Out of curiosity, what are the ads for? Medications? Life insurance? Temu? Raid: Shadow Legends?

What is the universal measurement method for dicks? Let's stop pretending like there is one. Some motherfuckers out here measuring all the way back from their taint. That doesn't even get into the rules you'd need to agree upon for measuring a flaccid penis. Those are insanely more complex.

Also, why would anyone bother to measure the size of a flaccid penis? It's a waste of time that no one has any interest in. They could've spent that time creating a universal dick measuring device but instead they chose to measure the most useless of all forms of dick. This is like measuring base Goku's power level when he can go SSB.

It's like these dick scientists never even handled their own, let alone hundreds of other dicks needed for a study like this. I don't trust these findings at all.

I bought a big jar of cheese powder off of Amazon that tastes similar to what Kraft makes. Adding more of it to Krafts product makes it taste much better imo. It's also good in a bunch of other stuff
