I do think it's weird how people swear NV is going red. Abortion was literally psuedo-medicine when this law was may that had a high chance of killing or injuring the woman.
The Chief Justice and the Vice Chief Justice dissented, interestingly enough. Or not, when you recall AZ recently expanded and packed their SC with Right-wing stooges. Biden actually could stop gifts of cash and weapons to the Israeli government with a wave of his hand. That's a thing he has the power to do as president. You may think he shouldn't do it (which is a fucking weird opinion in itself - especially given that doing it would help him get reelected, keep Trump out and preserve some hope of restoring abortion rights, which I think is kind of important - but you're entitled to weird opinions), but you can't get away with pretending he can't. No, it completely depends on what type of "gifts of cash and weapons" you are talking about. And I'm not sure where the idea comes that I think he shouldn't try or not do more. Same, I'm also cautiously optimistic that FL is within sight not just for POTUS, however also Scott's senatorial seat.I can't have hope for FL, it has signaled in every way that it is lost. On paper, all those reasons SHOULD make sense (and recent polls showing FL people are actually tired of DeSantis' "woke battle"), but this is also the state that voted for a failure like Ronnie in huge waves, and has shifted hard-right on the Trump Kool-Aid. It doesn't help the Democratic Party in FL could be the weakest and most inept in the country. I expect the blue votes to make gains, but I dare not think it will flip. Texas keeps inching closer, but the issue is, Texans, Dems included, don't vote. It's been amount the worst state for turnout since at least the 70's. Add in the insane voter suppression methods, and...well, yeah. TX should have flipped a decade ago, but here we are. What causes delay lagUsually it's the frame and speed of the game vs. the speed and frame rate of your TV, which aren't designed with games in mind, per se. Hence "game mode" setting, which does either sync or "upscales" the rate, for lack of better word. This is why gaming desktop monitors make a point to point out their frame rate, refresh rate, etc. And why GPUs can sync all of this together. A good example of where this could be a problem was Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which suffered input lag when using modern TVs of the time (the first smart TVs) compared to traditional/CRTs at the time. And early game modes weren't as good as syncing as they are now. And for a game as twitchy as Smash, input lag is noticeable and detrimental. But a game requiring game mode?
