* Swimming 25 yards to the exit out of the water.
* Being able to get yourself out of the water if it's a pool, being able to push yourself out without the help of the ladder.
It's the last two that challenge casual swimmers - if you have never learned to swim you don't need to join a class for 4-year-olds.

I can definitely see how people in poor shape would struggle swim 25 yards, and how fat people could struggle to climb out of a pool without a ladder.

What was left open? Jack sacrificed himself to defeat MiB and put the plug in the hole to keep the electromagnetism and darkness from escaping. Hurley took over as the new protector of the island.

Nobody watched the show for Jack or Kate, they watched for the mystery of the Island.

I watched for the mystery, but the most satisfying parts of the show in the end were Jack's and Locke's character arcs. I agree on Kate, though.

Lost had a weak final season, but a great ending.

It's final season is still far better than GoT's.
