A Pennsylvania man was in custody Sunday for what a prosecutor called the "savage" and "senseless" death of a recent high school graduate shot in the head during a road-rage confrontation as the two tried to merge in a single lane.

David Desper, 28, of Trainer, turned himself in accompanied by an attorney early Sunday, and police said he was charged with first- and third-degree murder, possession of an instrument of crime, and reckless endangering in the death of 18-year-old Bianca Roberson in West Goshen Township.

Desper and Roberson, who had just graduated from Bayard Rustin High School in West Chester and was planning to attend Jacksonville University in Florida this fall, were trying to merge into a single lane Wednesday as a two-lane road narrowed, Chester County Dist. Atty. Thomas Hogan said.

"They jockeyed for position, and he wasn't happy, so he pulled out a gun and shot Bianca in the head, killing her instantly," he said.

No you are forced to use the white phosphorus. The developers commented on it. They said something like "you might say that's not fair. I'd say you're right." and they left it at that.

Well that's a bit of a cop-out.

Not in context. Basically, the game plays with the idea of choice while reinforcing at times that there will be times when you won't actually have a choice. You're not given a choice not to trust the CIA agent, for example. And a lot of people were quick to point out "Well if I did X at part Y and did W at part Z instead of what the game forced us to do, things would have been okay." And the response is "If you don't want to commit atrocities, just stop playing the game. You're trying to be a hero, and you're not one."

They have less mainstream ones, with the Lanterns having the most famous of the bunch.

Atrocitus, Bleez, Sinestro, Necron, Parallax, etc.

I dunno. I only know Sinestro. And that's just because of the Injustice game.

Like, I for some reason know Cheetah and Captain Cold. I feel like DC did a poor job with that Justice League cartoon. That's how a lot of people would be introduced to DC.

I've never played this game, but the second disk was seriously just a montage of events? O_o

It's not even a montage. There is some scrolling text of game events of what COULD have taken up a second disk, then you do a series of storyless dungeons to get the Xenogears and then fight the final boss and that's it.

I'm currently replaying Super Mario RPG. It's a crying shame that it never got a follow up.

N64 went with a cartridge, Square went with Playstation, and even their reconciliations over the years have never brought back any of the characters or events from the game. All we got was a Geno cameo in the first Mario & Luigi game and that was just the doll, not the traveler who possessed it.

Maybe this generation, they'll make a follow-up to SMRPG.

"Mario's friends return! Kids, ask your parents who these characters are."

I really liked her and Henry as leads, much more charisma and chemistry than whoever the fuck the couple in OST was lol. Hopefully they stick around for sequels.

DMTNT is in the same tier as OST die to the unlikable Captain Jack Sparrow and stupid retcons.

I hear people say this a lot but I didn't really see any blatant retcons aside from Jack not getting the compass from Tia Dalma.

Yeah hopefully they keep both of them in the next one. Though I'm guessing all three original protags will be back too.

Danny Phantom had some dark moments. There was an episode where Vlad was fine with basically torturing and murdering a 12 year old girl. And he's one of the "noble villians".
