There's another season that follows a similar path, has a less satisfying winner, and is going to end up way higher (!) that follows a similar trajectory and I'm not sure why Fiji gets dinged for it so hard. --- it's an underwater adventure ride |

| Naye745 07/19/18 10:26:43 PM #319 | shrug, leave that choice up to whoever is hosting the list lol all-stars is too high - the season was just very intensely not-fun: the sue and jenna quits (and the richard sexual unpleasantness), the majority of the fan faves getting tossed early, the remaining ones spending too much time worrying about their reputations and not enjoying themselves, and the rob and amber show that just felt like a foregone conclusion. it's a testament to everything that can go wrong with an all-returnee season where so many people feel like they have little to gain and everything to lose. --- it's an underwater adventure ride |

| Naye745 07/16/18 1:08:35 PM #255 | ghost island is frustrating because it feels like it could've been a good season, but somehow really wasn't. i'm not sure if it's the editing or the advantages or bad luck or what, but unlike say thailand or all-stars or redemption island, which all just felt like they never had a chance, ghost island seems like it should've been able to get off the ground. like, say we replay ghost island again with the same cast (a la brant steele), i think you get a better season more than 95% of the time. --- it's an underwater adventure ride |
