I was gonna say the language would be more concerning than not. I think it'd be great for her to watch, especially if you follow up with conversation about how she perceives the protagonist's and antagonist's perspectives.

Thanks. We usually talk about both the protagonist and antagonist perspectives in movies. We also talk about consequences if someone did some of the things in real life that is shown in some movies.

I actually like watching the Olympics (more summer over winter). Even though I watch the soccer, hockey, and basketball games, I like the other ones better. It is interesting to watch sports I don't normally get a chance to watch. I used to play handball, water polo, volleyball, track and some martial arts. Other, ones like gymnastics and skating I find interesting because (kind of like martial arts) it takes a different type of skill to have control of their bodies the way they do.

I used to be a big fan of basketball in the 80s and 90s, but I pretty much stopped watching after the 98-99 season. I will watch an occasional game here or there. I mainly watch college basketball more.

I have several Christmas trees but the one I keep in the rec room stays up year-round. I will take down the ornaments and leave the lights on. I sometimes change them for the seasons so red/white around valentines, pastel lights for spring, red/white/blue for summer and green/purple/orange for fall.

I had a severe ankle sprain that ripped a lot of the tendons. I had my boots on when it happened so when the doctor took the boot off to look at it, it swelled to a huge size that the doctor was surprised I didn't break a bone by the amount of tendons torn.

I agree. I believe Case would be the best choice for the Vikings. I think Teddy has some skills and has potential to develop into a great quarterback. However, missing those two years really hurts in the long run and would be a gamble on him hoping the time off hasn't affected him in a negative way.

I agree, even though I like him, the smart move will be to get rid of Cobb. I think keeping Jordy will help younger/newer wide receivers learn from him on how to be better in sync with Rodgers.

Happened to me when I was in college. I was assured by the landlord but they knew there was nothing legally stopping the new owners from doing so. The old landlord just wanted someone to still pay rent while trying to sell just in case deals fell through.

I have a name like that. I never correct anyone how to say/spell it. High school was pretty funny when the teachers were discussing me among themselves a couple of times they didn't realize they were both talking about me and not 2 different students.

It was also enjoyable to see on the first day of school or when I had substitute teachers the looks on their faces and their struggles to pronounce the name.
