I'm playing on hard but I'm still at the beginning. I've had no time to play :( tomorrow after work hopefully I can sink in. I had to wait until I was level 8 before I could beat the level 5 unique monster outside of the colony though, and I tried about 3-4 times. I could get it down to about 25% health when I was level 6 but couldn't finish it. I figure my options are still really limited though so the challenge may subside a bit when you're able to optimize your build more later in the game. Xenoblade isn't really a "skill" kind of game it's more about getting the right set up so I figure the challenge will be based around that

I love this game to death but the changes still don't sit right with me.

4 and 5 are anticlimactic in that it's obvious that stronghart was the villain but I mean it was obvious that von karma was the villain and that never stopped anyone from loving that game

Definitely an all time great. I'd say it's tied with AA2 and 3

Oh ok so cases 4 and 5 are the same case. That makes a lot of sense. My only other thought was that they'd time travel to 10 years ago for case 5 but I would feel like that would be anticlimactic in some ways so this makes sense

Replicant is great if you enjoyed automata, it goes a little harder on replaying the same areas a few times (ie. You can tell it's an older game) but all in all it is worth playing

We used to do biweekly smash tournaments for a couple of months. Extha ran them but I haven't seen him in awhile

First game was basically a tutorial lol. I was pleasantly surprised when I actually got a second day of investigations on the second case in this one.

I finished the third case last night and I thought wow, that could've been a fifth case. That's amazing.

Now I'm getting starting the fourth case and Zieks is on trial for murdering Gregson and Kazuma is the prosecutor and I'm just like holy shit...this is totally a fifth case. This is even more amazing. What the hell. I'm going to play this shit all night. (Don't spoil me)

But now I'm just like what the fuck could the actual fifth case possibly be? I'm not sure how they top this

It's definitely rivals but most ppl probably haven't played it

I can't wait hopefully Amazon has it delivered by the time I get off on Friday

The main question I have after this episode is where exactly do they plan on taking the story from here? Them choosing to end Jimmy's story with 4 episodes left and then using one of those episodes to tell a largely self contained story makes me wonder what their plan for their ending is. I didn't dislike the episode because I know it has to be setting up for something and the story they told was well done but I also think it's natural to feel a little upset about something raising more questions than it answers at this stage in the game. I trust the writers though so I will patiently wait for next week to see where this is headed

It definitely felt a little pointless but the ending was poignant. I have to assume they are setting up for Gene not being satisfied with his life anymore so he will plan a blaze of glory to go out in. But it's pretty purely a set up episode, so...this is an episode made for the bingers, not for us weekly viewers.

This was written 20 min into the episode. Literally anything could've happened in those first 20 minutes. I guess besides Saul dying, but who cares. It was phenomenal. there was no consideration of Gus getting shot even if you hadn't seen breaking bad because of how extensive his security detail was. We knew that he would never answer the door personally so I don't think having seen breaking bad would take away from that at all.

I think after some reflection this is my second favorite Uchikoshi game besides 999. I love what they did with the returning cast and every new cast member is awesome. The plot isn't as good as AI1 but it was still great, but I think the character writing more than makes up for it.

Also I don't know if 1 primed me for it or what but I minded the outrageously silly moments a lot less. I guess them having an actual explanation for Mizuki being superhuman, as well as relying less on Porno mags as a power up device made it feel more grounded

I think it's a series that gets ruined if you play the previous entries

North Carolina. Seems probable but we're a bit purple so we'll see. Hopefully not since our colleges are so important to our economy, I don't think stopping college kids from wanting to come to school here would be a great decision
