I think the prosecution is well aware that Cohen has a lot of credibility issues. From what I read, it seemed like the prosecution mostly wanted him to testify to verify the documentary evidence that ties him and Trump to the scheme.

Regardless of Cohen's issues with perjury before congress and in court, the defense hasn't done anything to explain away the documentation and Trump's admissions that he reimbursed Cohen for the hush money payment. Nor have they done anything to explain away the fact that they falsified documents in attempt to cover it all up.

I've heard everything ranging from the prosecution's case was wiped out, to it was nothing significant. I'm guessing it was somewhere in the middle. There's still plenty of evidence outside of Cohen.

MBTI is not considered a valid personality test. And stuff like OCEAN (Big 5, whatever you want to call it) is pretty well regarded. It's just OCEAN is boring because it's a good test. You don't get a type with cool stories, instead you get told how you compare to population means on five dimensions. So the sad truth is valid tests aren't popular for the exact reasons they are valid. No one wants to do boring math, they want a label and a story.

I don't quite remember what the issue was. Something about not allowing modders ownership of their files to delete or package as they wanted to?

It's not so much the stats as knowing how to manipulate the AI. There is an element of luck, for sure, like winning the first blitz off, but then it's fairly simple to play defensive until the second half when you can get sphere/Jecht shot. You can even go on the offensive in the first half and with some luck Tidus can score.

By "knowing how to play blitzball" I didn't mean just the rules and controls, I meant knowing how to play around the AI.

First game is relatively simple if you know how to play blitzball. On a first playthrough though it's babies first match so it's gonna feel incredibly hard and unfair. And to be fair, for a lot of people even on subsequent playthroughs it's hard because they wouldn't have invested the time into playing it after the mandatory game.

Edit: now on the other hand, if they had you playing the Al Bhed Psyches in the first match, that would be near impossible. Probably why they had that one be a story win.

The FAQs are the main source of traffic, nothing else matters to them. They'll incorporate those onto their shit platform, pump up google results and call it a day, moving on to the next thing they'll buy and ruin.

They want to sanitize the boards for their eventual plan to merge gamefaqs and all their gaming wikis. From gamefaqs youll have a link to the relevant wiki. From a wiki youll have a link to the relevant message board and guides.

On one hand, mods have access to info that normal users dont.
On the other hand, I cant see Fandom posting a big sticker in the mods-only forum saying "Be ready, we are going to move all political topics to CE and turn them private next week".

Just got uncomfortable at the thought of being interviewed about being a GameFAQs mod for a documentary. (I don't even know if there is a single story I could tell that would be interesting to anyone outside of the GameFAQs community.)

Its gonna break all the mods is what its gonna do, as theyre no doubt tinkering on the core foundation of the game itself for such improvements to be made.

And before anybody accuses me of trolling, this has happened previously and has been documented by modders to boot.

There are a few that I would say are legit. The vast majority are not.

I absolutely agree with the idea that are personal and private information absolutely needs to have stronger protections so it can not be used in dubious ways. It's bad that the internet has largely turned into a vehicle to harvest our information.

What the TikTok ban has failed to demonstrate is how TikTok is doing this demonstratively worse than Facebook, Google, Twitter, etc. Beyond the fact that it's Chinese-owned. If they were really concerned about our user information, they would have passed a law protecting that, not just banning a platform they didn't like.
