I've also seen Vince pay a lot of money to guys just to fire them for costcutting reasons less than a year later in some cases.

Seriously, which would you rather pick? a job where your loved ones are with that'll likely reward you for your talents, or a job where you'll likely be mistreated or looked over only to get fired 6 months later with zero notice at a place with a lot of toxicity and that has shown they will easily sack anyone regardless of loyalty, respect or stature.

The fans didn't know how to react because they weren't expecting something like that with the New Day to happen. Not to mention the Brood were not as popular as WWE/some fans like to make them out. Edge/Christian only started getting big as a tag team once they split from Gangrel and started fighting the Hardyz/Dudleyz.

It works better here with Edge because longtime Edge fans will remember the reference to his earlier days than the average fan (who may not have watched the Attitude Era) on halloween night.

With that said, I now kinda want everyone to just come out to the Brood entrance now.

It feels like WWE has over the past several months finally accepted the fact that AEW is here to stay and is reaching a level of influence/prestige close to their's, kinda what WCW was to WWE around 1994-Early 1995. We all know that they've been hoarding talent for years now to stop any promotion from gaining momentum, and it is clear that strategy is no longer going to work. Now that there are plenty of options for talent, I think WWE recognises there's no point in having such a bloated roster anymore that is just wasting money and is cutting anyone that isn't worth their salary (such as anyone who has little relevence anymore, anyone who negotiated hard for a better contract and any top guys that are not delivering the goods anymore).

So yeah, might as well release a bunch of wrestlers and hope that works against AEW in some way in that signing those guys will bloat AEW's roster further and possibly create opportunities where some prospects jump ship in the future because they've realised they're not going to get any higher on the ladder (similar to how HHH, Austin and Foley ultimately went from WCW to WWE).

Also, at this point, WWE should just go back to uniting the RAW and Smackdown brands and just build two or three big matches/angles on each show. They'll be better off having some of their top stars appear in angles to hype up their feuds on one show then wrestle on the other show.

As for Wyatt, I'm sure he'll fit right in with IMPACT Wrestling. They could really use with something similar to what Matt Hardy provided years ago and Wyatt could be the perfect person to fill that void (as in, similar to his Firefly Funhouse promos and the occassional cinematic match).

Not the best example (Obviously everyone would just trade in 1 medal if it meant the rest turn Gold).

Imagine 55 Total Medals but most are Bronze and only 1 or 2 of them are Gold, compared to 22 Medals, 12 of which are Gold.

I also want to want to see Mia take on another case. Possibly let us play her last case just before 1-1 and have a bunch of characters from the original trilogy/AAI games return knowing what they end up doing later in the series for some world building, kinda what they did in E2-3 with Manfred, Badd and Gregory.

I doubt they would ever "kill off" Wright, but I could see them writing him off so Athena can finally gets the spotlight in future games similar to how they wrote off Apollo in SOJ (I'm sure he will still appear occasionally in filler cases). I would like to see them return to the British court setting with Wright and see how things have changed since Great Ace Attorney.

(Also, I kinda want them to do a "12 Angry Men" thing with the jurists where all but one juror is adamant to end the trial as soon as it starts since they all believe the defendant is guilty, but the one juror votes Not Guilty to give the defense a chance to speak and ends up being helpful in solving the case.)

Yeah, he was the boss that would appear at the end of Arcade mode, but that boss fighter is mainly "Defeat 1-3 random characters while he transforms into a stage hazard from another stage, then dodge his only actual attack and hit him several times, do this three times". It's nowhere near as good as Master Hand.

If they ever made a sequel, they would need to make the gameplay much closer to Smash Bros (like every critic admitted at the time) as well as actually get every major character associated with Sony that they didn't last time (at least Cloud, Snake, Lara Croft, Crash, Spyro, and probably Dante). Also, after Smash having 80+ characters, they also really need an expansive roster close to at least 35 fighters than the 20 odd in PSABR.

EDIT: I just remembered they did get Dante, but it was the dmc remake black-haired Dante. Which leads to another thing, don't select specific designs/characters over the more well known ones just to tie into a recent/upcoming release.

Dual Destinies would have gotten my vote had its investigation side of the OST been a bit better, but Spirit Of Justice manages to have a better balance of its score despite having to jujggle two themes of certain areas of the game (Trial, Investigation) depending on where the case is set. Not to mention, parts of Dual Destinies' OST (Blackquill, Psyche-Locks) plays in SOJ anyway.

At least this England squad is very young and they'll come back stronger for the World Cup.

No, they are probably not even going to reach the semi final next year. Not only will every major team be going all in on them now that they've consistently shown to be tournament contenders with some of the squads starting to rebuild, but this shootout probably mentally ruined at least one of Sancho, Rashford and Saka for the rest of their international career.

This was probably their best chance of winning for a while. Do not be surprised if we run into Argentina, Brazil or France in the round of 16 and drop out.

You can say the same about many of England's top young talent.
England are better than the Argentina squad that just won the Copa America.

I mean if they all live up to their potential, Saka, Sancho, Foden and Bellingham should be regular starting players as the decade goes on. At the moment, England still has plenty of more experienced options to go with (Kane, Sterling, Maguire, etc) to start off. Chances are a couple of them might get subsituted late in the game (especially if England are about to lose anyway).

Someone else can probably better answer this, but it's dependant on a number of factors, including whether certain players call it quits for their international career, certain players unable to compete due to being sidelined with an injury, younger players coming in, change in manager, etc.

There's usually a 2 year gap between tournaments, but for the most part the majority of the national squad from the previous tournament stays the same.

Denmark had a great run this year, but it really did feel like they were running out of momentum by Extra Time. They were the better team in the first half, but England looked better past that. It sucks for you danish supporters though that the two England goals ended up being an own goal (which Sterling would've gotten in anyway) and a result of a questionable penalty since you guys deserved a better exit than that.

But as an englishman, I am just so happy that England finally made it to the final for the first time in 55 years! I legitimately entered "I'll believe it when I see it" mode by 2010 after getting fed up of being upset of England exits over the years, so this tournament (alongside World Cup 2018) have really revived my faith in the squad. Here's hoping we finally win a major tournament after so long!
