The only thing I'm really bothered by here is the online at all times thing. When my internet goes out, or I'm somewhere where wireless isn't available to me, I like to screw around in games offline. They did this with SC2 as well, and that was more of a problem than it probably would be with D3, because I was actually trying to play the single player campaign. I don't see the point of doing this, and I really hope it doesn't become the norm, or if it has, I hope it goes away.
Oh, and also I don't see the point of limiting players to only 10 characters.
