Pre-Seasonings: - Pickle brine and buttermilk - garlic powder - onion powder - cracked black pepper Flour seasoning: - 2.5 cups of all purpose flour - garlic powder, 2 tbsp - onion powder, 2.5 tbsp - chili powder, 2 tbsp - dried oregano, 1 tbsp - cracked black pepper, roughly 1/4 cup - kosher salt, roughly 1/3 cup <--- this was a mistake. I should have used less salt Egg seasoning (9 eggs) - two pinches of kosher salt - 20 grinds of black pepper I breaded it like so: flour -> egg -> flour -> egg -> breadcrumbs -> fry --- This rant was brought to you by your local random thinker.
