As long as you don't care about RT, it will perform somewhere between a 3060 and 3060 TI while having more VRAM. Regarding those two games specifically, You should be fine at 1080P or 1440P with upscaling. Modern upscaling is fine. Honestly, even if I'm getting good FPS, I'll usually set DLSS to quality just because the the AA it provides is better and less demanding than any other option.
