Not only that but you never addressed the point that they use early access as a scapegoat to keep their game "in the new wrap" which prevents it from going on sale I never addressed that point because it's completely baseless and ridiculous. Plenty of Early Access games go on sale on a regular basis, and the developer's reasoning for not doing sales has nothing to do with Early Access. This is not, as you suggested, increasing the price on some random update. It's increasing the price on what they expect to be the final major content update before launching the game, because it makes sense to charge full price for a feature-complete game.
