Same here, the game gave me a random Kagura weapon last night too. Not the one that goes with the equipment set that's in her banner, but it's something. If I can strengthen my team enough to grind 7-7 for part breaks, she'll become my first 4-star character. Despite this development, I'm still not sure if I'm going to stick with Battle Divas for the long haul. I've started executing my backup plan by reinstalling Revue Starlight ReLIVE after several months away from the game and getting my account back... and wow, it's changed a lot since I last saw it.
