I'm only a few episodes into Season 2 and haven't read the books, however I am about half way through The Witcher 3 game, and one thing I really liked about the game is that niether the Nilfgaard empire nor the Northern Kingdoms are the good guys/bad guys. There are good people on both sides, but most people on both sides are ass holes and Geralt doesn't really care about either one winning. Is that how the books are? Seems like the show is making Nilfgaard into something like Mordor, the clear evil doers.I always thought Nilfgard to be the good guys. You have Redania and Temeria persecuting anyone different (elves, half-elves, mages), whereas Nilfgard welcomes them with open arms. --- If you protest, it's because you feel your voice isn't being heard.
