Topic	I really want an M4(AR-15), but my girlfriend doesn't want a gun in the house...

The M4/AR-15 isn't a large rifle at all. They're small as hell, which is why the U.S. military switched to them. when compared to a pistol, it's literally three times the size of a standard m1911 model. So? The M4 is the choice gun for the military because it's accurate at both short and long range, good indoors because of its size, and you can use it as a melee weapon easily without changing your grip on it.
