All it would do is push Mc D's etc to speed up the process of automating their chains, with just maybe 1 actual human employee there at a time to deal with machines breaking down etc. You would not have mechanics or engineers there all the time, you would have someone there who monitored the equipment, and knew basic maintenance, which is already a job for many other companies and often does not pay much more then min wage in that area. You call on the experts as needed, and pay them only for the time they are there fixing the problem, and it hopefully doesn't happen often. More then likely the employee who monitored everything would make a bit more then a store manager currently does. Also would allow pretty much every Mc D's (and other such places) to be run 24/7, and would work FAR better with the other changes happening (Many places now deliver more fast food chains like Mc D's (Mine does for $5 for instance), and you can order online etc. Way more efficient to do that all automated at this from a single spot (less stores). If more people start getting fast food delivered, I'm sure there will be less stores already (so less employees) and that will make converting to automated even more cost effective. --- Proud member of the Arv The Great is great fan club!!!
