Write-Up: Hey would you look at that at long last 1985 decides to show itself.lol That means that every year selected for this ranking now has representation and what a place to start. This not only gives us stats to look at for each year but firmly places 1985 in the lead. I gotta say though that I really didn't consider this song Disco before this ranking. I kinda thought it was more New Wave but most of what I've looked up points it to the Disco genre. I remember this pretty darn well from my childhood. As a kid I was thrilled every time this popped up on the radio. It's got a cool (yet repetitive) beat and was always fun to sing the tarzan call imo. Sadly I kinda feel like it is a bit shorter than needed for full satisfaction. I don't think I've ever heard anything else from these guys so I'll confidently say they are among the greatest One-Hit Wonders from the 80's. ====================================
