The handguns buffing the snipers is more important than the HG's getting buffed at all. I would move M950A to the very middle, then move the two RF's (in the corners so they're both being buffed by M950A) and Five-seven to the back column. I would replace CZ75 with a different HG who can buff the RF immediately behind her and put her next to M950A, probably in front of Enfield.
