If your tanks can handle a run of 0-2, you should probably go there, but 5-2E (effectively the same as 5-4, just a bit higher leveled) and 5-4E are also good options.

I like 5-4E because it has two methods. You can place your leveling squad on the command post, take out the enemies around the command post, then terminate the mission. Or you can place the leveling squad on the helipad (with a dummy echelon on the command post) and bumrush the boss, then complete the mission. This method gets you more kills and exp per run and possibly the limited drop unit, but the boss will be tougher to beat than a normal enemy. Luckily, a unit that gets knocked out in a boss battle doesn't lose affection like in other battles, so if you're fine with using quick repairs, don't be afraid if the boss takes down your tank, as long as you still win the battle.
