The changes I mentioned above are differences from fallout pretty much. Make a fallout clone, and the game is going to be compared to fallout. probably because none of those things are unique to fallout, at all. oh, and, aside from combat, wwe2k19 has all of those, too. Honestly in some ways the game looks closer to a fallout 3/NV sequel then Fallout 4 did. Even some of the perks like Weird Science and it's higher tier version Wild Science, have the same name.
