His department held him accountable and his use of force was deemed unreasonable. In this call, they arrested a suspect for a weapons violation and placed him in the car. As he walked by he thought he heard a gunshot. Witnesses said they thought it was a gun shot too. So he used force, its just not the same as if some person in another job used a gun. Like a drive thru employee deciding to start shooting. Because his belief was he was discharging his firearm as a matter of an approved use of force. Its a different standard

and yet if I or anyone else walked out onto my front porch, got startled and started wildly firing a gun at my neighbors homes with no concern for what I was hitting we would be in jail. I wouldnt be allowed to choose to just quit my job instead, and for good fucking reason. I was trained to use guns to fucking kill people with in the military, I know the damage they can do and I know the damage that just blindly firing at nothing can do and its pathetic that you think because youre a cop you can just get away with blindly firing a weapon in a residential area. Shut the fuck up and stop commenting on matters you should no better about.
