It's often just marketing lingo meant to smooth over and bury actual problems preventing specific groups of people from participating or being served or whatever.Damn, never really thought about that. On that note, complaining about "diversity" can be a bit of a red flag to say the least, because the problem with all the talk of diversity is obviously not "there is diversity now".I can definitely see that.
