It's amazing how many people are getting butthurt at the mere suggestion that we not call people insulting and derogatory terms. It's fine to shame fat shaming (calling someone fat won't make them decide to show you up and hit the gym), but what OP is trying to do is redesign the definition of an adjective that has done its job effectively and accurately for god knows how long. OP, your logic need some reworking, but I will give you points in that your heart is in the right place.
