If youre trying to play at 4K highest preset no DLSS, that should be under 60 FPS, as for the original Horizon, a calculator I found is saying 55 average and 41 1% low. However at 1440p it says 101 average and 76 1% low. At High or the highest order with certain settings turned down and DLSS Quality, you should get much better performance for an almost indiscernible visual degrade as DLSS3 Quality is very good.
