That man in the hospital who goes to look at the woman who lost an eye. It was obvious from far far away that she had become infected. But he still walked over to her, and if I remember right, called out to her. He got himself killed when he could have run away silently
No, he accidentally stepped on a plate which alerted her. He was pretty much screwed anyway. The hospital was infested with them and the 5 zombies he spotted having an orgy had already noticed him and was sneaking up on him from behind.
