Itd take two guys maybe five days to remove and put 95ft worth of fencing. 5 days * 2 people * 8 hours a day = 80 hours * $25/hr = $2000 in labor. Plus insurance, plus profit, plus various overhead, say +$3000 above material. This project should be reasonable at $5000ish, not $8500.
