Topic	If "smart"gun technology was available would you still make changes to

Not just technology that identifies the owner so that their kids won't get a hold of guns and just fire whenever they wanted to but like how guns can use computers & optics to detect kids from being shot, hell maybe even smarter bullets if they have smart missiles and such. Let's say this was mass produced and distributed in exchange for older mechanical guns. What would you say about that? Still dangerous though.
