Are days shorter in winter? 100% (2 votes) 2 No. This is Wall Street 0% (0 votes) 0 Even questioning bond raters offends me 0% (0 votes) 0 Chicago just went from BBB+ to BBB for what its bonds are worth. Why do I think this is political? The bonds would be worth more if Harris/Walz instead of Trump/Vance. Tensions between mayor and city council was given as the excuse but Rahm Emanuel (far right democrat mayor) had more tension. Tell the truth.
