| PraetorXyn 08/20/25 2:17:30 PM #43: | The way I played it was on Expert, and if I ever took damage, I reloaded the save. This means I got No Damage for every fight in the game (except the Prologue mime before I realized that was a thing), and +20% bonus XP from every fight. This lets you really lean into glass cannon builds. For example, there are lots of Pictos that make you do more damage as long as you dont take damage, or do more damage but you take double damage etc. If you resolve to not take damage anyway, none of them have a downside. Parrying everything is incredibly satisfying and you do shit tons of counter damage when using the Augmented Counter Pictos. Build wise, I did 2 Agility and 1 Luck on every character every level until Act 3 when I had highly upgraded endgame weapons that scaled off different skills. For most of the game, this strategy gave me high critical chance and often two turns to the enemys one. Maelle is not complicated at all. You want her in Virtuose stance as much as possible, forget about the other two. Early on, youll want to use Swift Stride on burning enemies to get her into Virtuose Stance, then attack with Perce when you first get her, but it will quickly be outpaced by Fleuret Flurry, which will carry you until you get Sword Ballet. In the endgame, Maelle is fucking bonkers, so it just depends on how you want to use her. --- https://store.steampowered.com/wishlist/profiles/76561198052113750 ... Copied to Clipboard! |
