Most of the things you will bring up were probably on PC before Xbox was around little buddy. DLC was just called "Expansion Packs" instead. Theres a big difference between DLC and Expansion Packs. Expansion Packs are basically 20-30 hours probably of more content for about $20-30 historically. DLC is more like charging you $10 for horse armor or Chun-Li outfits.
